In order to ensure a First Class experience, we require a $59.99 minimum order for delivery, plus 6% sales tax and $15 (minimum) delivery fee (total $78.59). We offer same day delivery for orders placed before 11:00 am (if it's later than that already, give us a call and we'll see what we can do) to the following Cities/Zip Codes:
